Studio
Arrange audio, keys and drums on a timeline, mix them, and export. Your projects are saved in this browser, and nothing is uploaded.

Markers (0)
Markers label parts of the song, like Verse or Drop. Press K to add one at the playhead, click a flag on the ruler or its Go to button to jump there, and use the comma and period keys to move to the previous and next marker. They are saved with the project and written into MIDI exports.
Recording
Press R on an audio track to arm it, then press Record and play or sing. The other tracks play along. Use headphones so the microphone does not pick up the speakers. The microphone is only used while you record or test it, and nothing is uploaded.
Latency fix moves the take earlier to line it up with the music. If a take sounds late, raise it. It is remembered in this browser.
Mixer
Each track has a channel with its own effects. Add EQ, a compressor, saturation, chorus, delay or reverb, and send sound to the shared reverb and delay. Everything you hear is what the exported file will sound like.

How it works
- Drop audio files on the timeline or use Import audio. Drag clips to move them, drag the edges to trim, and drag the small squares at the top of a selected clip to add fades.
- Keys and drum tracks hold clips you write yourself. Double click an empty spot on one of those tracks to make a clip, then edit its notes or steps below the timeline.
- Open the Mixer to add effects to a track: EQ, compressor, saturation, chorus, delay or reverb. Turn up Reverb or Delay on a channel to send it to the shared return, and use the checkbox beside an effect to switch it off and on while you listen. Exports include every effect.
- To record, press R on an audio track to arm it, open Recording to check the microphone, then press Record. Use headphones. Turn on Punch to record only inside the loop region, and raise the latency fix if takes sound late.
- Import MIDI turns a .mid file into keys and drum tracks. Choosing MIDI in the Export panel saves your keys and drum tracks, the tempo, the time signature and the markers as a .mid file.
- Space plays and pauses. S splits at the playhead. L turns the loop on. Shift and drag on the ruler to set the loop region.
- The project is saved in this browser. Download a backup if you want to keep it safe or move it to another computer.
- Pick a time signature from 2/4 to 12/8. Clips stay where they are; the bar lines, snap, metronome and new clips follow the signature. Recording a voice or instrument is on the recorder page, which can send a take straight here.
